boardroom which could accommodate a

business meeting, study group with friends

for mid-terms, or even a scrapbook party. 

The Sussex is equipped with a counter, sink,

12 leather boardroom chairs and 3 tables

that may be moved for your needs. The room 

is available 7 days a week.
