How to Book a Room!

1.  Check availability with the Online Calendar.

2. Make sure you read the rental agreement, by making your booking request you have digitally signed it.  If booking Mackenzie Hall, please include a $250 deposit cheque (payable to College Plaza Inc.) to complete the agreement and it may be dropped off in the drop box located between the washrooms outside Mackenzie Hall or dropped off at the Amenities office in the fitness centre.

3.  You will be notified by e-mail or phone  to confirm your booking. 

4.  Ensure all doors are locked and secure when you are finished.
